People live on the Donggang River, from the east of Yeongwol to Hapsumeori. For those who live here, the Donggang will be the place of life and landscape that is familiar and one of everyday life. But for me, the scenery here, Donggang, is calm, unfamiliar. The scenery and people of Donggang remain me as an unfamiliar memory. The sight of Yeongwol is always strange to me.
